部落格裡有早年各方熱心兔友幫忙翻譯的藥草資料，提供給大家參考，

但是在使用之前，想請大家注意幾件事

1. 1.       如果你的兔子現在在生病，例如說有明顯的肝腎功能失常、心肺功能失常、

        甚至是比較嚴重的腸胃道遲滯等狀況，請一定要先就醫。並且詢問現在

兔子的飲食是否需要跟著調整?

    因為許多藥草，甚至是常見的蔬果也可能含有高量的草酸(ex 甘藍菜)、

    磷(番茄、香蕉等)、鉀(西洋芹)、鈣(苜蓿草、蒲公英)，飲食上的影響對於已

    經病重的兔子來說也是必須要考慮進去的。這點在RABBITS, HEALTH,

    HUSBANDRY AND DISEASES / P12-17, CHAPTER 2, NUTRITION.

    ，或是美國家兔協會(HRS)便有提到這類的觀念。

藥草部分，因為在寵物兔上的毒性、藥理試驗其實並不多，所以如果是我

自己要給兔子吃，我會考慮現在兔子的健康方面是否合適? 例如有強心利尿

作用的藥草(人蔘)可能就不適合給予心肺或腎臟已有問題的兔子食用。

   有的藥草(ex 樺木)的資料上說有消炎止痛作用(談論精油的書就會提到

   這一點)，這是因為含有水楊酸甲酯，而這會不會和現在你要給兔子服

   用的藥物起交互作用，還是建議跟專業的醫生談過比較恰當。

   有的藥草有促進腸胃蠕動，吃太多量或是對體質比較敏感的兔子，能產生

   輕瀉作用，這點對消化道功能比較差的老病兔來說也是要考慮的。  

以上種種原因的舉例說明，希望對大家能有些幫助。
